Orobus S.L (GmbH) has been owned by Agnes and Roland Leykau and their firm Lero Minusval S.L. since the year 1996.

As part of the leading, independent and private service provider group for "Tourism for Handicapped People" in Tenerife, Orobus S.L was occupied mainly with transporting people in wheelchairs until the year 2000. Following recent expansion, Orobus S.L. today, is a coach tour company for every opportunity and undertaking in the general field of tourism.

Every order and client wish is important to us regardless of size. We want you to be able to talk to us personally on any question. Being a service provider means even more for us:

 
   
 

offering an all round optimal service for you is a pre-condition for us both when advising you in advance and during the tour itself. That is and remains our specific mission. For this reason a travel agency (VRT) was affiliated with the coach tour company in the year 2003.

Orobus is a company which looks at the different needs of its customers and has the motto "small is beautiful".

As a small coach tour firm in the Canary Islands with a staff of 15 at the present time we have proven our slogan over and over again in the past few years. We and our staff do not consider our task of providing a service to be merely a job, but carry out our task with enthusiasm and commitment towards out customers and contractors.

Our clients should receive the best performance, quality, safety and service in all areas from us and our staff.

What does that mean specifically?

The core competence of Orobus is every service related to the transport of people in the field of tourism in Tenerife, with the emphasis on tour coaches, but also in the field of mini-buses. In addition, we also offer our clients all the tourist services which are closely linked to our core competence. Our motto here could be: As many tourist services as possible from one provider. The guiding principles which determine our action today and in the future are: Not only buses!

  • Our claim to be No. 1 really means: Our customer is our focus.
  • We have to "experience" that our customers like us anew every day.
  • With our slogan "small is beautiful" we are obliged to give our best afresh every day.

The size of a company, more specifically in the limited market of Tenerife, does not reflect the quality of the company but mostly only the mass availability of bus seats for the large organisers. The company management has defined the main over-riding goals of Orobus in the company policy.

The quality of our service plays a predominant role in the framework of these guidelines. All developments and modifications are tested in the company against the following basic principles:

  • Will this modification improve the quality of the services we offer?
  • Will the company be more flexible?
  • Will we reinforce the trust our customers place in us?
